About The Position
Coury Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection in Sunnyvale, California. The Night Auditor serves as the hotel’s overnight ambassador, providing welcoming guest service while ensuring accurate end-of-day financial auditing, secure overnight operations, and readiness for the following day. The role includes assisting guests with overnight arrivals, departures, and inquiries; monitoring property security; preparing reports for hotel leadership; and coordinating with other departments. The posting describes a design-led, technology-forward hotel and a collaborative team environment focused on guest experience and service excellence.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
- Clear and confident communication in person and over the phone.
- Technology proficiency and comfort using hotel systems.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a calm demeanor.
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is preferred but not required.

- Experience with Opera or similar hotel systems.

Responsibilities
- Welcome late-arriving guests warmly and professionally.
- Perform end-of-day financial audits and reconcile daily transactions.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, payments, and reporting.
- Monitor property security and respond to guest needs during overnight hours.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports for hotel leadership.
- Assist with overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure readiness for the next day.
- Uphold the TETRA brand through service excellence.
