About The Position

The Night Auditor works independently while contributing to the hotel team, providing friendly, quality service to guests. The role includes night audit and closing tasks, responsibility for hotel property and guest safety, and authority over hotel operations while on duty. The Night Auditor also handles reservations and check-ins, answers guest questions, and helps make each guest’s stay enjoyable.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete closing reports at the end of each night.
• Maintain responsibility and accountability for hotel property and guest safety, and exercise authority over hotel operations while on duty.
• Know reservation procedures, take reservations, and follow cancellation procedures and the Walk Policy.
• Check in guests, provide customer service, and answer guest questions.
