Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Front Desk or Night Audit experience in a select-service or full-service hotel.
Demonstrated ability to independently perform hotel check-in/check-out procedures and deliver excellent guest service.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
1 year in a hotel or related field.
Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word documents.
Ability to solve problems independently.

Nice To Haves

College coursework beneficial.
Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
Handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night guest inquiries.
Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Perform security walks to ensure the property is safe and secure.
Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service during overnight hours.
Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
Solve problems independently.
