About The Position

7 Cedars Hotel is hiring a full-time Night Auditor for their graveyard shift. This role involves overseeing front desk operations during the night, balancing accounts, providing guest services, managing reservations, ensuring guest safety and security, and cross-training in housekeeping and gift shop/coffee shop duties as needed. The position works in cooperation with the Casino Manager on duty and has a Native American Hiring Preference for qualified candidates.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Experience with accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with hotel teams and clients.
  • Ability to promote positive relationships with guests, clients, vendors and Resort teams.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining work processes.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality software and Microsoft Office and Excel required.
  • Must be flexible with hours and days worked, mornings, nights, weekdays, weekends and Holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Run all night shift reports in accordance with end of day business plan.
  • Prepare the day for oncoming shift as defined by opening procedures.
  • Make reservations, greet and check guests in and out of the hotel as needed.
  • Resolve guest conflicts and concerns while maintaining superior customer service during the night shift.
  • Promote 7 Cedars Casino, Longhouse Market & Deli, Cedars at Dungeness, and other Resort/Jamestown SKlallam Tribe properties to hotel guests.
  • Master Agilysys -Visual One.
  • Understand and maintain reputation management.
  • Core competencies in current ADA and other regulatory expectations.
  • Uphold the 7 Cedars Resorts mission and values.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
