About The Position

The Night Auditor works the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM at Candlewood Suites Boston/North Shore/Danvers. The role combines guest service, front-desk operations, financial auditing, property security, reporting, and coordination with other departments. The Night Auditor welcomes overnight guests, handles check-ins and reservations, responds to guest questions, balances accounts and finalizes transactions, conducts security walks, and prepares daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report. The position requires comfort working independently and using Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents. Candlewood Suites Boston/North Shore/Danvers is a newly renovated extended-stay hotel with refreshed suites, full kitchens, upgraded in-room amenities, new bedding, a fitness room, and complimentary laundry facilities. The property is near Route 1, I-95, Route 114, Salem, Boston, Gloucester, and major business hubs. It is a pet-friendly, long-stay environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
One year of experience in a hotel or related field.
Ability to work the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Fluency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents.
Ability to solve problems independently.

Nice To Haves

College coursework is beneficial.
Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and efficiently during the overnight shift, from 11 PM to 7 AM.
