About The Position

As a Night Auditor for Traditions Hospitality Group at Lake Crest Casino Hotel in Ardmore, Oklahoma, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours. The role combines night audit and financial reconciliation duties with front desk service, guest assistance, and overnight security responsibilities. You will also help prepare breakfast and other guest amenities as needed, coordinate with hotel staff to resolve issues, and maintain an orderly front desk and lobby. The position is part-time, with a listed hourly pay range of $14.50 to $16.50. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license, if applicable.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work independently during night shifts.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily revenue, prepare reports, and balance accounts.
Perform front desk duties, including guest check-in and check-out and responding to inquiries and requests.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Help secure the hotel at night by monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting routine security checks.
Assist with preparing breakfast and other guest amenities as needed.
Collaborate with hotel staff and departments to support guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and in the lobby.
Follow company policies and procedures concerning guest privacy and security.
