Night Auditor / Front Desk
About The Position
Stellar Personnel is a premier hospitality staffing agency in Canada. Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of industries, including catering firms, corporate offices, sports and event venues, restaurants, hotels, retirement homes, and more. Our primary objective is to provide staffing solutions to these businesses, filling various roles such as dishwashers, cooks, chefs, servers, bartenders, cashiers, runners, shippers/receivers, administrative staff, and any other job positions as per the client's requirements. We are seeking a reliable and professional Night Auditor who can commit to a consistent Monday overnight schedule. The ideal candidate must have prior training and hands-on experience using the Maestro Property Management System and be confident in handling guest-facing responsibilities during overnight hours.
Requirements
- Proven training and experience with the Maestro Property Management System (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-ins efficiently and professionally.
- Handle guest check-outs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow all standard operating procedures related to guest interactions and property management.
- Ensure smooth front desk operations during overnight hours.
