The Night Audit Supervisor oversees the day-to-day night operations of the property, including front desk operations, and financial reconciliation and reporting. This role ensures that all front office activities and services meet or exceed established standards and goals, while maintaining the confidentiality of guest information and hotel data. The supervisor assists guests, team members, and vendors during their shift, and is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone on the property. They will also address and resolve guest issues, communicate updates to all departments, and perform various guest services such as parking and retrieving cars, escorting guests, and assisting with luggage. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the hotel's image through professional appearance, ensuring cleanliness and organization of front office areas, and proper maintenance of equipment. Routine property walks are conducted to monitor guest safety and security. The role also includes assisting with de-icing and ensuring the safety of valet parking areas.
