About The Position

As a member of the lodging team, a Night Auditor will report to the Lodging Manager. A Night Auditor will have the primary responsibility to operate the front desk during the night shift, as well as assist guests with inquiries during the night.

• Must have excellent computer/typing skills to ensure quick and efficient customer service for our guests.
• Fluent in English, bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Works mainly with numbers and reports.
• Handles all guest issues as they arise during the night hours.
• Treats requests with professionalism, tact, and a courteous manner.
• Is able to make and answer telephone calls.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel policies including room rates, discounts, special offerings, and events.
• Maintains knowledge of upcoming events, local area, and hotel offerings.
• Ensures the lobby and shared areas are neat and orderly which may include occasional, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and disinfecting of workspace.
• Restocking of toiletries upon need.
• Participates in workplace safety training sessions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
