About The Position
The Fairfield Inn & Suites Seattle Bremerton is looking to hire a Night Auditor. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, managing guest accounts, and running necessary reports. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and possess prior customer service experience.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Be outgoing and friendly
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests
- Greet and check guests into and out of the hotel
- Handle all guest requests and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
- Run all necessary night audit reports
- Answer phones
