About The Position

We’re looking for a Night Auditor to join our hotel team! This role involves balancing and auditing daily transactions, serving as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours, and preparing daily financial reports. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently and has a knack for balancing both customer service and financial tasks, and prefers working overnight shifts.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial records accurately.
• A friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during overnight hours.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Prior experience as a night auditor or in a financial role is a bonus, but we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries or requests.
• Prepare and run daily financial reports, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Assist with security checks, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
