About The Position

Holiday Inn Express Bettendorf is seeking a Part-Time Night Audit Front Desk Agent for their 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and can work comfortably both independently and as part of a team. This role involves handling guest reservations, answering phone calls, posting charges, balancing daily transactions, and executing end-of-night closeout procedures to prepare for the next day. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Posts charges and balances daily transactions.
• Executes end of night closeout procedures as well as prepare for the new day.
• Other duties as assigned.
