About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a part-time Night Audit Guest Services Agent at WorldMark Steamboat Resort. The role provides friendly, attentive guest service from registration through checkout, helping make guests’ vacations memorable. The agent welcomes guests, shares information about the resort and nearby attractions, provides room rate quotes, and confirms reservations. The role also involves cashiering, balancing receipts, processing guest folios, and responding to guest inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Be able to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Have basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash-handling procedures.
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide warm, friendly service.
• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions according to established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashiering and money-handling responsibilities.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify that guest folios reflect the correct charges and credits.
• Reserve and confirm individual and group reservations.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
