About The Position

StepStone Hospitality is looking for a dynamic Night Audit/Front Desk Agent to support our DoubleTree Augusta Hotel in Augusta, GA. This position reports directly to the General Manager. This role is for a results-oriented hospitality leader with a passion to drive operational excellence, elevate guest satisfaction, and deliver strong service performance.

Requirements

Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
Proficient with computer systems, Hilton brand systems experience a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism.
Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates.

Nice To Haves

High school education preferred.
Relevant training and experience required.
Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred.
Additional language ability preferred.
CPR and first aid training preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance.
Accurately reconcile and audit daily financial transactions, ensuring all records are balanced.
Generate and distribute necessary reports for management review.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Ensure the security and safety of guests and hotel property during overnight hours.
Work closely with other departments to prepare for the next business day.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Other duties as assigned.
