About The Position

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee night janitorial operations at school campuses. The role involves supervising field cleaning crews, providing hands-on training, visiting multiple sites each night for quality assurance, managing cleaning equipment and supply inventory, tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology, and coordinating with branch managers to ensure daily cleaning tasks and special projects are completed. The manager must observe facility and company security and safety rules and perform other administrative duties. The position is in person in Scottsdale, Arizona. Salary depends on experience. A company-provided vehicle and gas, cell phone, and benefits are provided.

Requirements

Past supervisory experience.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews at school campuses.
Provide hands-on training.
Visit multiple sites per night in a company-provided vehicle for quality assurance.
