About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring LPNs for its HICU® Health Services team in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. The Hospital at Home Nurse supports infants and young children transitioning from the hospital to home, working as an extension of a hospital care team in a team-based environment. Nurses provide skilled one-on-one care to clients and their families during the initial weeks of homecare, train families and the ongoing care team, and help children live at home. The posting lists part-time day-shift and full-time night-shift opportunities, with competitive pay and LPN earnings of $40 or more per hour. A sign-on bonus of $1,500–$3,000 is offered. Requirements

Hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Have at least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN.
Have NICU or infant-to-young-child pediatric home-care tracheostomy/ventilator experience.
Demonstrate competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care, demonstrated in a home or lab setting.
