About The Position
We are looking for an experienced NICE CXone Developer – Implementation with strong hands-on experience in NICE InContact/NICE CXone, RESTful APIs, and NICE CXone Studio scripting. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting IVR and contact center solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with NICE InContact / NICE CXone
- Hands-on experience with NICE CXone Studio and IVR scripting
- Strong experience with RESTful Web Services / APIs
- Experience developing and implementing IVR flows and call flows
- Experience with Contact Center dashboards and reporting
- Experience with Skills-Based Routing
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and conflict-management skills
Nice To Haves
- Cisco to CCaaS migration experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery and requirements-gathering activities.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy NICE CXone IVR flows.
- Develop and maintain NICE CXone Studio scripts.
- Support on-premise to CCaaS migrations.
- Develop call flows and backend REST API integrations.
- Configure and support skills-based routing.
- Troubleshoot scripting, integration, and system issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and implementation plans.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Work with architecture and technical teams on integrations.
- Provide technical guidance as a NICE CXone SME.
