About The Position

We are seeking a skilled NICE Actimize Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing solutions within the NICE Actimize Case Management platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining Java plug-ins, supporting platform upgrades, implementing regulatory filing processes, and optimizing Sanctions screening capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, extensive experience with NICE Actimize, and proficiency in Java, SQL, and cloud-native principles.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Java development, specifically in creating custom Java plug-ins for NICE Actimize
Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize Case Management (ActOne / RCM)
Experience with ActOne platform upgrades
Experience with FinCEN filing processes (SAR / CTR / STR)
Experience in Sanctions screening using NICE Actimize
Strong background in software engineering, demonstrated through professional experience or education.
Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize Case Management (ActOne / RCM) development.
Proven experience in planning and executing ActOne platform upgrades.
Direct experience developing ActOne/RCM custom Java plug-ins.
Specialized experience in FinCEN regulatory filing implementations (SAR, CTR, STR).
Applied experience with NICE Actimize Sanctions screening modules and compliance rule configurations.
Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization across platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar.
Knowledge of 12-factor and cloud-native design principles on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or PCF.
Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium) and methodologies like TDD or BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, or GitHub Actions).
Experience using Kafka for event-driven architectures and streaming data integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance solutions within the NICE Actimize Case Management platform (ActOne / RCM).
Build, maintain, and upgrade ActOne/RCM Java plug-ins, ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to platform standards.
Lead and support ActOne upgrade initiatives across platform modules and custom configurations.
Implement and configure Actimize solutions to support FinCEN filing requirements, including Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), Currency Transaction Reports (CTR), and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR).
Build, maintain, and optimize Sanctions screening capabilities within the Actimize environment to support AML and compliance workflows.
Develop high-quality Java applications with a solid understanding of the Java memory model.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries and work across multiple database platforms.
Implement cloud-native and 12-factor application patterns in distributed systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps workflows.
Work with event-streaming technologies such as Kafka to build scalable integrations.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the full stack.
