Manages one or more NHG lodging facilities to ensure performance is within established NHG guidelines and standards. The incumbent of this position reports directly to a NHG Regional Vice President. Duties include operating a professional DoD lodging operation consistent with commercial mid-scale hotel services, coordinating facility maintenance, managing operating records and finances, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating service requirements with contract specialists, developing and administering budgets, maintaining accountability for funds, providing financial plans, participating in business and capital plans, meeting profit margins, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing customer-facing services, utilizing property management systems for analytics and forecasting, managing room inventories to maximize utilization and revenue, processing reservations, marketing the NHG program, managing real property resources, maintaining liaison with vendors and authorities, developing performance work statements, maintaining accountability for inventory and assets, coordinating with fiscal oversight, ensuring reimbursement for support services, attending training, supervising associates, ensuring adequate staffing, training associates, and implementing NHG policies and procedures. The incumbent must file a Financial Disclosure Report OGE 450 Form as required.
