About The Position
The NEXA PM Early Talent Program is a 6-month rotational program designed for recent college graduates who want real-world experience, broad business exposure, and a clear path into a full-time role. Participants rotate through multiple core business functions, gain hands-on experience working on meaningful projects, and develop the skills needed to launch a successful long-term career at NEXA. This program is ideal for candidates who are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities
- Support business execution, process improvement, and day-to-day operations in Operations.
- Assist with analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business insights in Finance.
- Gain exposure to revenue strategy, customer engagement, and sales operations in Sales.
- Learn about supply chain, fulfillment, and operational efficiency in Logistics.
