The New Home Sales Representative serves as the primary guide for prospective buyers from first inquiry through contract. This role focuses on delivering a consistent sales experience, converting leads into buyers, and supporting customer satisfaction. Sales Representatives are expected to uphold company standards for communication, professionalism, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Prior experience or proven ability in lead management & customer conversion
  • Prior experience or proven ability in presentation & product expertise
  • Prior experience or proven ability in sales process execution
  • Prior experience or proven ability in detailed and thorough documentation and record keeping
  • Prior experience or proven ability in customer experience & reputation management
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Curiosity and an unsatiable desire to grow and learn, with a positive attitude

Responsibilities
