About The Position
We're building a team of top-performing sales professionals in DeFuniak Springs, Florida who have a strong work ethic, great attitude, and a desire to learn. If you're driven to become one of the best, you'll have the opportunity to build a six-figure career with one of America's leading homebuilders. This position requires working onsite in one of our new home communities using a proven sales system. This position includes weekend hours, and our model homes are open daily. The role involves becoming an expert on the community, floor plans, pricing, financing options, and local competition. You will proactively generate leads and create new sales opportunities, guiding buyers through the entire homebuying journey from initial interaction through contract and closing. The goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting sales expectations and pursuing ongoing growth.
Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Coachable, accountable, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed
- Committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Willing to consistently follow a proven sales process
- Pleasantly persistent in creating opportunities and building lasting relationships
- Availability to work on-site during the weekends is required.
Responsibilities
