We are seeking a seasoned new home sales professional who understands how to sell high-end value versus selling discounts and incentives. The candidate must be skilled at selling "to be builts" and not just late-stage specs. You must have an ownership mentality and be creative with sales solutions while keeping up with the competition and their offerings. The New Home Advisor is responsible for achieving individual monthly sales goals and Avid survey results, while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire Customer Journey. The NHA is responsible for 'A+' community and model presentation, Prospect and Backlog Management, monthly CMAs, and daily usage of HubSpot to ensure data integrity.
