About The Position

Keystone Custom Homes is looking for positive, motivated, and dynamic individuals to train as sales professionals for a life-changing earning opportunity. This role offers the chance to improve your own life and the lives of customers and stakeholders. As part of the Keystone Sales Team, you will guide customers in building their dream homes. Previous home sales experience is not required. The company is an award-winning builder creating custom homes across Central Pennsylvania, Northern Maryland, the Carolinas, and Central Virginia, with a mission to “Build Dreams Together.” This position is based in the Charlottesville, VA office and communities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain relationships

• A strong work ethic and a polished/professional demeanor
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Willingness to trade weekends for amazing earning potential
• Flexibility to work weekends when customers are available to meet.
