About The Position

VCU Health is hiring a New Graduate Registered Nurse for its Liver Care ICU. New graduate nurses are automatically enrolled in the 12-month VIZIENT Nurse Residency Program, developed in collaboration with the VCU School of Nursing to support the transition into practice and build clinical leadership, decision-making, and hands-on skills. Nurses practice according to Virginia nursing regulations, the ANA Code of Ethics, national nursing practice standards, and VCU Health policies and procedures. They follow documented physician or licensed independent provider orders and may organize work, delegate assignments, and supervise other staff.
