About The Position

This role is for a New Graduate Nurse in a Residency program focused on Medical Surgical specialties. The nurse will collaborate with mentors and educators during their first year of practice to transition from a student mindset to a high-functioning professional nurse. They will complete structured learning requirements, including simulations and skills labs, and participate in residency seminars designed to enhance professional development while managing clinical scheduling and department commitments.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Enrolled in or completion of Nursing program required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required within 6 months of hire.
Completion of an ADN or BSN program prior to January 2027

Responsibilities
