About The Position

Join the collaborative Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) team on The Birthing Center at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital. This role provides patient-centered care throughout the full perinatal spectrum: labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care. Responsibilities include monitoring labor progress, supporting vaginal and cesarean births, responding to obstetric and neonatal emergencies, providing care for clean surgical cases within the unit, and educating and supporting families with postpartum recovery and newborn care. The role also involves collaborating closely with providers, pediatric teams, and anesthesiology, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system. Requirements

• Graduate of RN accredited program required
• Registered Nurse currently licensed by the State of Vermont required or compact license required
• BLS certification
• NRP (or obtained within 6 months of hire)

• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• STABLE certification
