This is an outpatient ortho role with a mentorship focus, ideal for new physical therapist graduates. At Ivy Rehab, new grad Physical Therapists receive structured mentorship, hands-on learning and support from experienced clinicians in a collaborative outpatient setting. New grads are strategically matched with mentors who have been pre-vetted through our Clinical Education team to help provide strong clinical guidance and support during your transition into practice. With reasonable caseload expectations and AI documentation support through ScribeIQ, our clinicians can focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or pending PT license.
- Passion for learning, collaboration, and patient care.
Nice To Haves
- New grads are encouraged to apply even if still awaiting licensure; work with a temporary license.
