This is a mentorship-focused role for new graduate Physical Therapists in outpatient orthopedic settings, specifically within the Conshohocken & Surrounding Clinics in Pennsylvania. The program offers structured mentorship, hands-on learning, and support from experienced clinicians, with reasonable caseload expectations and AI documentation support.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending PT license.
• Passion for learning, collaboration, and patient care.

Nice To Haves

• New graduates are encouraged to apply, even if still awaiting licensure.
• Willingness to work with a temporary license.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
