About The Position
BAYADA is seeking motivated New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care and offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. The program includes in-depth paid training from day one, access to award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs, short commute times, and around-the-clock clinical support. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care. Clinical Managers provide thorough support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. They care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their interests. The Wilmington team is particularly welcoming, with an experienced Clinical Educator and Managers, and a Director who provides BAYADA swag. Nurse appreciation events are regularly held.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
