About The Position

BAYADA is seeking motivated and compassionate LPN New Grads to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care, offering flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. They provide in-depth paid training from day one and access to award-winning simulation labs. The program emphasizes working close to home with around-the-clock clinical support. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the ANCC and is the only paid new graduate residency program in home care with this accreditation. As a non-profit, their priority is quality client care, and Clinical Managers provide thorough support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. They care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their interests. The Fayetteville team is particularly supportive, with an experienced Clinical Educator and Managers, and a Director who welcomes new nurses with BAYADA swag. Nurse appreciation events are regularly held.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
