About The Position

The New Construction Installer is responsible for completing HVAC-related installation work on new construction sites. This position installs refrigerant line sets, PVC drainage systems, and flues, and assists with the delivery and placement of HVAC equipment and materials. The role requires the ability to work independently, safely use hand and power tools, and complete assigned work accurately and efficiently. The Installer may also assist with team projects and other installation work as needed to support project completion.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License.
Ability to safely use basic hand tools and power tools, including drills and saws.
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team when needed.

Responsibilities

Install refrigerant line sets for new construction HVAC systems.
Install PVC drainage systems.
Install, set up, and secure flues for HVAC systems to ensure proper and safe venting.
Transport and deliver HVAC materials and equipment to job sites as needed.
Complete assigned work independently while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Assist with team projects and other installation work as needed based on business needs.
Follow all applicable safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Complete additional duties as assigned to support project completion.
