About The Position

The DH Pace Company is seeking a New Construction Sales Representative in Denver, Colorado, to manage sales for the commercial construction sector, specializing in commercial sectional & rolling doors, loading dock equipment, and high-speed doors. This role involves introducing commercial customers to products and services in Denver and surrounding areas, establishing relationships with general contractors, and engineering door solutions for customer facilities.

Requirements

• Must have a strong aptitude for technical applications and/or mechanical systems.
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient with Windows based programs and sales tools.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints (preferred, but not required if capable of learning).

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of three (2) years outside sales experience calling on general contractors, distribution and industrial markets.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior Estimating experience generating proposals and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Establish and foster long-term relationships with general contractors in Denver and the surrounding areas.
• Meet with decision makers to engineer a door solution for customers’ facilities.
• Develop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale.
• Achieve sales objectives set forth by management, track and record sales leads and activities, and actively participate in sales meetings.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
