About The Position

Hyundai of Kirkland is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join their sales department. This role is for a proven automotive sales leader who can drive performance, motivate a team, and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The New Car Sales Manager will direct daily sales operations, coach and develop the sales team, and ensure goals are met while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of prior automotive sales experience
  • Experience in DriveCentric is preferred
  • Proficient with technology
  • Driver’s License
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

  • Prior automotive sales management experience
  • Strong multi-year track record as a top-performing sales professional

Responsibilities

  • Find new clientele and business
