Requirements
- Previous Automotive Sales Management Experience
- A Proven Track Record of Driving Sales & Profitability
- Strong Leadership and Coaching Skills

- Strong Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills
- Valid Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record
Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and mentor future automotive professionals.
- Drive new vehicle sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Work alongside dealership leadership to achieve aggressive growth goals.
- Manage inventory and manufacturer programs.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for continued success.
