About The Position

Billion Automotive is a family-owned business since 1935, known for customer satisfaction. We are a growing multi-state organization with over 25 locations in Iowa, Minnesota, and South Dakota. We are currently hiring NEW CAR SALES CONSULTANTS who are ready to demonstrate their worth and achieve unlimited earning potential. As a Sales Consultant with Billion Auto, you will have the opportunity to sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month, write complete sales orders, and process paperwork according to dealership policies. You will utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems, stay updated on industry products and services, and maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business. Additionally, you will maintain a prospect development system, assist customers entering the dealership, and exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reviews of your actions will help you determine how to better utilize your time and plan more effectively.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Basic computer & phone skills

Responsibilities

  • Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
  • Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
  • Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
  • Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry.
  • Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains a prospect development system.
  • Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
