About The Position

As a New Car Buyer at Koons Tysons CDJR, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. We are looking for an energetic, New Car Buyer who will help us redefine the car-buying experience. Koons Tysons Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram needs an experienced New Car Buyer who can evaluate the market and provide a constant flow of fresh inventory.

Requirements

Must be tech savvy and innovative.
Prior experience buying used vehicles is required.

Responsibilities

Buys vehicles via Service lane, direct purchase, "off the street", rental fleets and auctions
Maintains vehicle inventory.
Monitors customer’s likes and dislikes, lost sales, and dealership sales history and conducts local market analyses to determine which vehicles to stock.
Establishes and controls wholesaling activities.
Develops and maintains outside sources (wholesalers and retailers) for buying units.
