The New Business Sales Producer will join a best-in-class sales team, responsible for driving operating routines and best practices to achieve optimal results for new premium and policy growth. This role involves consultative sales to small business owners, acting as a trusted advisor to new clients.

  • 2+ years of Prior sales experience as a Commercial Lines insurance producer
  • P&C license required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and calculate suitable plans utilizing consultative sales skills, building trust, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Conduct a high volume of quality sales calls with Small Business clients
  • Present and sell small business insurance policies to new clients through policy quoting, binding, and issuing in carriers proprietary quoting systems
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with commercial underwriters
  • Maintain knowledge of strategic direction and plan, including goals and objectives to achieve quality service results for clients
  • Maintain a disciplined operating routine and sales process to ensure consistent execution of highly effective sales practices
  • Effectively manage multiple initiatives, projects, and tasks focused on creating desired outcomes that align with Insureon’s behaviors
  • Follow processes and procedures and understand and manage complex tasks while working under tight timeframes
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and seek innovative solutions to challenges
  • Set clear goals, drive actions and hold self and others accountable to achieving targets
  • Consistently meet commitments and deadlines
  • Demonstrate the highest level technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy, precision and execute requests on time
