About The Position

As a New Business Partner Development Manager at Wildix, a global leader in Unified Communications & Collaboration as a Service (UCaaS), you will be responsible for the entire partner lifecycle. This includes identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and System Integrators. Your primary goal will be to activate these partners, drive sales adoption, and accelerate Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) within their first 12 months. This role requires a blend of 'hunter' and 'farmer' skills to expand the Wildix Partner Ecosystem and ensure partners become active, revenue-generating members.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, channel management, or partner development (SaaS or UCaaS preferred).
  • Proven ability to recruit and activate partners that deliver measurable MRR.
  • Strong understanding of MSP, VAR, or IT consulting business models.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Analytical, structured, and data-driven approach to territory and account management.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners (MSPs, System Integrators, and IT Consultants), managing the full partner acquisition lifecycle from prospecting through successful launch.
  • Drive partner activation by delivering enablement sessions, business planning workshops, and hands-on support to accelerate first deals and recurring revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners at all levels, including C-suite stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities through joint business planning and regular performance reviews.
  • Develop and execute partner go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Technical Enablement teams to maximize partner success and market expansion.
  • Manage partner pipeline, sales activities, and forecasting through Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and providing regular updates on recruitment, activation, pipeline, and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to continuously improve partner programs, contribute to regional growth initiatives, and implement scalable best practices across the business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed partner recruitment, activation, MRR, and sales targets while executing against agreed KPIs and development objectives.
