About The Position

We are hiring a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel new business growth. This is a pure hunting position focused on creating opportunities and building pipeline from scratch, not an account management role. If you are motivated by results, competition, and income, this role is built for you. The role involves prospecting and engaging new clients through outbound outreach, opening conversations with key decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, identifying high-value prospects, building and managing a consistent sales pipeline, and partnering with the sales team by delivering strong, qualified opportunities. This role offers high-value deals (average ~$50K), a clear path to strong earnings, real impact on revenue growth, and autonomy and flexibility. The sales cycle is 2-3 months, and it is a pipeline-focused role where you create opportunities, not close them, with high-performance expectations.
