About The Position

EXL is seeking to hire a New Business Sales professional responsible for driving sales and revenue growth to join our team! This role will help expand our footprint for existing clients in the Banking & Capital Markets (BCM) sector within Data and Technology domain. Leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise, you will identify business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of BCM industry companies in North America. This role is responsible for cultivating EXL's presence in the market and growing business development opportunities with existing clients with whom the company has not had previous significant contact in the Data and Technology buying centers.

Requirements

  • Specific experience as an individual contributor selling Data & Technology services into the North America region focusing on Banking and Cap Market clients.
