DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Manager, Banking & Cash Mgmt EMEA/APAC, located in Raynham, MA. or any other Orthopaedics location in the US (New Brunswick, NJ, West Chester, PA, Warsaw, IN or Palm Beach Gardens, FL) . This role is responsible for leading banking operations and cash management activities , ensuring strong liquidity, effective risk management, and compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements. The Manager, Banking & Cash Mgmt plays a critical role in supporting business continuity, optimizing working capital, and enabling strategic growth for DePuy Synthes through disciplined treasury execution and regional partnership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in treasury, banking, cash management, or corporate finance, with exposure to international operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing regional or global banking structures and cash management activities.
  • Strong knowledge of liquidity management, cash forecasting, and treasury controls.
  • Experience working with financial institutions and negotiating banking services and fees.
  • Ability to partner effectively across functions and regions in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Treasury Technology solutions are a must , particularly Kyriba
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or other advanced degree in Finance or Business.
  • Experience supporting different markets in a multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with with enterprise financial systems and how it interfaces with Kyriba
  • Prior experience in a regulated or highly compliant environment, such as healthcare or life sciences.
  • People leadership or matrix leadership experience.
  • Additional European or APAC languages preferred.
  • Treasury or finance certifications (e.g., CTP) preferred but not .

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional banking and cash management operations , ensuring timely access to liquidity and efficient cash utilization .
  • Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning, partnering with regional and global finance teams to support business needs.
  • Manage bank relationships, including account structures, services, pricing reviews, and ongoing performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, SOX controls, and applicable regional banking and regulatory requirements.
  • Support working capital optimization initiatives, including cash concentration, intercompany funding, and payment strategy improvements.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Tax, Accounting, FP&A, and regional Finance leaders to support intercompany settlements, dividends, and funding strategies.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across treasury operations, leveraging systems, automation, and best practices.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and development to team members and regional stakeholders involved in banking and cash management activities.
  • Lead a team of 1-2 Analysts
