About The Position

National Life Group, a rapidly growing insurance company founded in 1848, is seeking a bilingual Mandarin-speaking Case Management Specialist. This role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience to distribution channels (agents/agencies) by ensuring life insurance applications are processed with speed, accuracy, and a caring approach. The specialist will assess basic life insurance risk, provide information to customers, resolve application issues, and collaborate with the team to achieve results. A typical day involves assessing medical, nonmedical, and financial risk factors, determining appropriate ratings for life applications, processing applications using workflow management systems, and communicating effectively with agents/agencies via phone, email, and CRM. The specialist will serve as the primary liaison with producing agents/agencies throughout the application lifecycle. Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional work experience interacting with customers in life insurance and/or annuity fields.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin speaking.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check that may include fingerprinting.
