Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and consistency
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services, insurance, or administrative operations preferred
  • Experience with data entry, application processing, or account transfers is highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Process and review new business applications to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to submission
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data across all internal systems and platforms
  • Serve as a key member of the transfers team, coordinating and tracking account transfers from start to completion
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve issues, obtain updates, and confirm successful processing
  • Act as a liaison between advisors, operations, and external partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
  • Identify discrepancies in applications or data and take corrective action proactively
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all documentation meets firm standards
  • Support overall operational efficiency by keeping workflows clean, timely, and consistent
