About The Position

Cintas is seeking a New Account Coordinator to coordinate the installation of new accounts from the end of the sales process through the first delivery. The role works with customers and other Cintas departments to coordinate the installation of Cintas products and services, accesses computer databases to review, download, and manually input or update data, and installs accounts as efficiently as possible while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of office or project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and with intranet/internet.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new account installation from the end of the sales process through the first delivery.
• Interact with customers and other Cintas departments to coordinate installation of Cintas products and services.
• Access computer databases to review, download, and manually input or update data.
• Install accounts as efficiently as possible.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
