We have an opening for a Nevada Experiment Integration Manager to support sub-critical experiments and other programmatic testing efforts at the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS). You will work with the Nevada test director to be responsible for overseeing the execution of experiments and leading the fielding and execution teams. Experimental activities are conducted throughout the NNSS and include extensive testing and operations at the U1a Complex and the Device Assembly Facility (DAF). This role requires a strong partnership with other National Laboratories and the NNSS Management and Operations (M&O) organization. You will also interface with the Nevada Field Office (NFO) and be expected to represent LLNL programmatic interests at NNSS. Programmatically, you will report to the Subcritical Experiment Program Group Leader within the Weapon Physics and Design Program. Administratively this position is in the Defense Technologies Engineering Division (DTED), within the Engineering Directorate. DTED supports the Weapon Physics and Design (WPD) Program within the Strategic Deterrence (SD) Principal Directorate. This position is based in Nevada. Depending on your assignment, this position may offer a hybrid schedule, blending in-person and virtual presence. You may have the flexibility to work from home one or more days per week.
