About The Position

HealthPartners is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join their metro-area team at Regions Hospital, a Level 1 Adult/Peds Trauma and Burn Center in St. Paul, MN. This role offers the opportunity to impact patient care within the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. While fellowship training is preferred, it is not a requirement. The position emphasizes teamwork within high cultural standards of neurosurgical care delivery, with key partners including neuro-critical care, neuro-oncology, pediatric neurosurgery, interventional radiology, skull base/aneurysm, pain/interventional pain, trauma service, and emergency medicine. This collaborative environment allows for practice development and the potential to defer some subspecialty work. The role features an attractive on-call schedule, advanced practitioner/nursing support, and an evening/weekend non-surgeon first call structure designed to promote long-term practice success, job satisfaction, and minimize burnout. Additional practice appeal comes from dedicated OR/clinic block time, modern technology, and state-of-the-art facilities.
