About The Position

Prime Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Neurosurgeon to join their distinguished neuroscience team at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. This is an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and have access to advanced operating suites equipped with the latest neuroimaging, neuromonitoring, and robotic-assisted technologies to support precision surgery. The role involves joining an established, multidisciplinary neuro team including neurosurgery, neurology, and interventional radiology, with access to advanced imaging, biplane angiography suites, and comprehensive stroke program resources. Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Eligible for Illinois medical license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to excellence in patient care, teaching, and program growth

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced neurosurgical interventions, including tumor resections, spinal fusions, vascular procedures, and trauma surgeries
• Diagnose and manage neurological disorders through comprehensive evaluations, imaging interpretations, and personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, and rehabilitation specialists in our integrated care model to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research opportunities aligned with Prime Healthcare's commitment to evidence-based practices
