Up to a $5,000 Sign-On-Bonus Available We are looking to add a Neurophysiology Technologist at Baptist Medical Center, located in Downtown Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity. As the Neurophysiology Technologist, you will perform Electroencephalogram (EEG) studies. At Baptist , we specialize in advanced neurodiagnostic care, offering innovative technology and services such as long-term epilepsy monitoring, intraoperative neuromonitoring, and epilepsy surgical support. Requirements

  • One-Two Years Long Term Monitoring/EEG Experience Required
  • Vocational School Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

Responsibilities

  • Performing EEG studies.
  • Working closely with Neurology to perform scheduled and unscheduled tests.
  • Monitoring in-patient Video EEG for an uninterrupted, clean recording.
  • Providing service education to staff and ancillary departments for the enhancement of patient care.
  • Effectively understanding the goals and implications of the monitoring study, including impact on the patient's lifestyle.
