About The Position
The Neurophysiology Tech performs standard electroencephalographic procedures on patients as ordered by a physician. The position is based in Respiratory Therapy at Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, Georgia.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification is required upon hire.
- Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is required upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of direct patient care experience or non-patient-care healthcare experience.
- Registry through ABRET in one area of neurodiagnostics, or registration as a Polysomnographic Technologist through BRPT.
